Currently, we ship by Canada Post Lettermail, Regular Parcel and Xpresspost.
Lettermail and Regular Parcel
Unless you choose otherwise, we ship by Canada Post Lettermail or Regular Parcel, depending on the quantity ordered. Up to 3 CDs are shipped by Lettermail, while quantities over this are shipped Regular Parcel. Shipping times vary from a few days in Ontario and Quebec, one to two weeks to the rest of Canada and the US, and two weeks or more internationally.
In the weeks prior to Christmas, shipping times increase greatly, so please allow for this.
XpresspostFor a faster, more reliable service, we offer the option of choosing Canada Post Xpresspost. Xpresspost offers delivery confirmation, coverage for loss or damage (up to CDN$100.00) and customs presentation. Shipping times vary from one to two business days in Ontario and Quebec, 3-5 business days to the rest of Canada and the US, and 5 to 7 business days internationally.
International Orders
We ship internationally either by Lettermail or Regular Parcel. We can ship by Xpresspost, but it's really expensive (more expensive than the CD). Xpresspost might be worth it if you buy in quantity, though.
Shipping Charges
We charge reasonable shipping and handling charges. Usually, handling on an order up to 7 CDs is charged about $1.00 handling charge plus shipping approximately equal to what Canada Post charges.

Returns
Unless the CDs are damaged, we usually don't take returns. It is your responsibility to make sure the software on the CDs is compatible with your OS & Browser combination. Read the article LBCdigital Austin Healey Parts Lists, which lists the known compatible and incompatible OS/Browser combinations. We also offer an Online Parts List, so you can test the code on your platform before you purchase. |
